If you have a good property for sale at a realistic price and with the legal documentation in order, Portugal Midlands will market your property with pleasure.

We charge an advertisng fee to add your property until sold, and with an added "marketing success fee"  should you sell to a buyer referred to you by us.

If needed we can arrange a contact to take the photos for the website. Please send us an e-mail to arrange a day to view and "snap" the property. You will need to give us a detailed description of your property. To cover expenses and time a charge will be made for this service which will be refunded should your property be sold to a client referred by us.  

If you want us to write you a really captivating description, we can do a short version (250 words) or a long detailed one (500 words) for a small fee, as this takes quite some time of intense thought so as to achieve the desired objective - "to attract views and sell!"

We will ask you to sign an informal "AGREEMENT CONTRACT" where it is stated the selling price you are asking, the vital details pertaining to the property such as water, electricity supplies etc as well as the mutually agreed amount of the marketing success fee.

Should your property be sold to a client referred to you through our site, a fixed marketing success fee applied.

If you live far too from our area to make it feasible for us to visit you personally, what we will need from you is:
1. Your full name, address, telephone number, email address, copies of your NIF (tax number) and BI or passport number.
2. A long and detailed true description of your property. Please do not omit any negative details..nothing in life is perfect and honesty always wins hands down !
3. As many GOOD QUALITY photos as possible.(JPEG preferred, as few pixels as possible without affecting the quality - most photo programs facilitate this). Take the photos at midday, avoid dark shadows, and if you know how, sharpen, lighten and improve them on your photo program. Viewers tend to analise every detail and you should give them what they are looking for if you want to sell.
4. The asking price - realistic please ! A fair deal for both parties leaves everyone happy.
5. Notification of sale, should it be sold, so that we can take it off the site.
6. A signed informal AGREEMENT CONTRACT where it's stated the selling price you are asking, the vital details pertaining to the property such as water supplies etc as well as the mutually agreed amount of our advertising fee.
