The nearest village is about 3km away and the city of Seia about 6km. At present the farm track access is bumpy due to recent storms. But you can access the property with a jeep, but the council would be reponsible to maintain the road if the property was habitated.

This property has possible potential for a simple form of tourism (subject to approval by the council) being so close to the skiing slopes (15km) as well the whole of the National Park for nature lovers to explore, walk or climb !!!
