Description: The farm is situated on top of a hill on 11ha of land. It has a stunning panoramic view of the mountains of Monchique. With the main house having a comfortable 110m2 living space. The apartment (48m2) is separate from the main house and has its own entrance and path to the pool. Next to the the outbuildings and workshops is a separate guestroom (20m2), equipped with a bathroom. The farm has extensive terraces and beautiful gardens with the pool as the main attraction in the centre. The horse stables are designed according to modern standards providing a paradise for horse lovers.
Design: The farm is built in a Mediterranean style with a high quality of construction. The kitchens are fully equipped, doors and windows are double glazed, wood burning stoves, central heating and/or underfloor heating in the living rooms. The electricity and the hot water supply comes from a modern solar system. There is a woodpellet stove that produces hot water automatically should the solar not be sufficient. The pump for the pool and the wells have each a separate, modern solar system for their energy needs.
Directions: The farm has no direct neighbours and is situated approx. 12km east of the town of Odemira. Odemira is a picturesque small town with shopping and medical facilities. The beaches of the west coast are easily reached.
